| Event Address/Directions: | From Hwy 97 turn onto Hwy 33. Proceed through Rutland towards Black Mountain. Turn left on Black Mountain Drive, then immediately right onto Begley. Follow Begley staying to the right - you are then on Joe Riche Road. Follow Joe Riche a short distance to the blue gate on the left. Proceed through the gate, stay left, and follow gravel road into the field. |

Controllers 2010 Big Bird Get together to be held August 28th and 29th.
Flying will start 8:30 AM Map at www. korc.ca All flyers must have current MAAC or AMA. Minimum wingspans – Monoplanes 80”, Biplanes 60”, and any ¼ scale airplane ( with documentation showing originals w/s. ) We will also have a BIG BIRD only swap meet on Saturday afternoon – anything relating to Big Birds. There will be a concession on site and a Saturday evening supper will be available ( there will be $ 10.00/person fee for this ) No landing fees will be charged. We will be raffling off a 50cc motor and there will be pilots prizes too. Dry camping is available Pre-registration would be appreciated. |
